Reloaded app will only work if you selected and purchased reloaded (with guide) if this is not the issue let us know via email and we will look further into your account and try to reset your password

A. local channels on all iptv services will always be hit or miss as far as streaming. we will try to fix them but our Main focus are the premium cable channels and ppv’s

Q. Having audio issues on my fire stick

A. This is the fix for some amazon devices having audio sync issues Can you please try the below steps, this is an issue with certain Amazon Firestick 4k devices. (It's a known issue from amazon) On your 4k stick go to settings -> Display and sounds -> audio -> Surround sound -> change this to "Stereo" Then go to advanced audio -> make sure "Volume leveller and "dialogue enhancer" are both turned OFF. After doing this, clear cache from all apps on your device (Settings -> app -> manage installed apps -> select app -> clear cache [NOT CLEAR DATA!!]) -> reboot the device entirely Please note, it's important when you are clearing app caches you include doing this on all apps including Amazon apps (Amazon photos / Amazon music etc)
